Just about everything else. My own recruiter forgot my name several times in the in processing. I was put in a job I didnt sign up for but "you signed that paperwork...we can change it in a year". When I was injured they gave me 2 weeks to recover and then gave my job to someone else. I was given a 8k bonus and not even a thank you for the 2 years you've given us. Unless you are desperate and want to feel like crap everyday for literally NO reason at all...egos run this company...and doctors make ALL non medical decisions also based off their own ego...
