      Lots of overtime., great people to work with, family friendly, large amounts of overtime throughout the spring and summer and fall.

      Winter can get pretty slow, some employees dont work in a safe manor.

      Benefits and there are some great coworkers who make work fun.

      Cons

      Top down management Don’t value employees as anything more than numbers Unclear direction Uncertainty in job security Consistently shifting priorities without connection to what employees actually do or struggle with. No opportunities for career advancement or growth in the industry.
