      CHS is a great company that is constantly growing. The provide great work life balance and atmosphere. Work from home is very flexible in my division and the opportunities to grow in data are endless

      Lot's of ERPs Large company but still figuring out how to grow effectivley when it comes to the data side

      Leadership is candid and transparent and communicates well. They appreciate and invest in their employees.

      A mixed bag of remote versus hybrid positions.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
