      Selfish old boys club environment. A lot of internal pushing and pulling for certain people to get what they want. When issues brought to upper management there was no change or acknowledgment.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
