Pros
Great culture, atmosphere, and co-workers. The location isn't ideal, but Hickory isn't an awful place to be. The training program is in depth and you actually feel prepared to start selling.
Cons
It's very cliquey and there's not much diversity. Everyone there has only been in logistics for no more than 2 years, and the management is young and it seems like their first management position. Hickory is not a town for young people. It is a lot of cold calling, and if you don't have self motivation stay away. ALSO IF YOURE NOT CHRISTIAN DO NOT TELL ANYONE, THIS COMPANY IS A CHRISTIAN BASED COMPANY AND THEY TAKE IT REALLY SERIOUS. SERIOUS TO THE POINT THAT THEY HAVE A PREACHER WHO COMES AND VISITS. VERY CONSERVATIVE IN THEIR VIEWS POLITICALLY.
