It is not really a con, but if you want to be successful, you actually have to put the work in, which a lot of people miss that point. There have been some folks that worked here that would prefer to whine and complain and blame others for the failure instead of putting the work in.

Honestly, not sure. I met some nice people.

Probably the worst years of my life. Constant manipulation, micromanaging, often lying to clients and employees. When you bring up that something seems wrong or shady they do not care. It’s so funny how I started a new job and it turns out I wasn’t actually depressed. That office just sucked the life out of everyone and everyone was depressed.The environment was so negative I thought I was going crazy. Instead of addressing the terrible environment they created they act like you are the problem. My life has gotten significantly better since my new job. Don’t stay there as long as I did and waste years of your life.
