      Pros

      Excelent company to develop your skills they are always open to let you innovate and constantly pushing for that.

      Cons

      I have the feeling that the company has the same problem like the rest of his kind. If you do not push for a promotion it won't come, even, sometimes that promotions hurts you study a lot you prepare for it and it never comes. Make sure your salary is what you expect for a long period of time
