Thank you for your review and feedback. We understand that you felt the mentoring program wasn't truly meeting the needs of our employees. CI&T refreshed its career development program in 2013. The new program, called Conscious Development, emphasizes transparency and communication. And, they stretch from the employee to the Senior Management.
