Pros
From the perspective of a small company, it was awesome: Flexible, great balance between work / life habits, ultra-super-higlhy-skilled and committed people that created an amazing workforce.
Cons
It used to be flexbility and balance between work x life. Nowadays with new management trying to show off, it derails people from what Github calls "The Zone". Internally they`re still trying to reorganize the house and the mess with people management, career, recognition, benefits and so on, that caused a lot of it`s talents to run away.
