Friendly work environment. You can come dressed however you want. Career coaching and monthly feedbacks. They put a great effort on making sure you grow.
Cons
Demanding clients. Need to estimate tasks in hours, which puts a lot of pressure on developers. Many legacy maintenance projects that might require production support and overtime. For complex clients the job can be a nightmare.
