Pros
Friendly environment, with really great people to interact with. Solid management, that is always looking for the next trend or business niche to point the company to. Great place for starters and for people that know where they are at and where they are going to, if you want somewhere to settle, this is not a good place. Awesome support if you work abroad (USA mainly), with HR folks dedicated to help you settle and adapt.
Cons
Profit sharing below average, less than average tools to work with. Sometimes things like infrastructure and workstation configurations are an issue, and for a software developer, this is a big thing. Salary has improved, but still have a long way to go.
