Pros

Was very nice to get in and get clearances and feel like you were doing your duty and all of that.... Travel was nice. Meeting old timer CIA people and stories was interesting,

Cons

No real money. I trained many co-ops and half stayed in and then half went to other areas with their clarences for double their money. Getting out is the best and most lucrative. The management are people that have experience but with no people skills. LOOK OUT! Also, the culture is a one that has back stabbing with all thinking that they can do no wrong. Many do lots of drinking and have been married 4 times on average. Do not join. Just get your clearances (golden ticket) and be happy as a contractor.

Pros

Great travel opportunities, and unique opportunities to do things you wouldn't get to anywhere else.

Cons

Long hours, and invasive security screening process.

Pros

Lots of really smart and passionate people. Some teams are really interesting to work for.

Cons

Most people are thrown into a random-ish team when they first join, which can sometimes be a poor fit. It's really hard to move around to different career services. Some teams are really slow and a lot of people are self-important and difficult to work with. If you get bad management, you'll hate it there.
