What they don’t tell you during any of the interviews is that this is a contract position. I only found it out when I started and it was only after the fact they told me this was a contract position. When asking them how long the contract is they gave me the run around without ever giving me a direct answer. I finally found out from the other workers how long each contract is. On top of that, they lied about the salary range and the benefits “contractors” would be receiving upon hire. This is also some of the worst micromanagement I’ve ever experienced working at a company.
