I loved the family-like culture in the company. The management was always respectful to all levels of employees. There was a room for growth for everyone in the company. The management recognized the efforts made by employees.
Cons
The company is poorly organized, the resouces are unevenly distributed, lack of macromanagement (by subsidairy).
