No work life balance, workload are beyond 1 person can handle, Expecting an ASAP result when most are time consuming tasks, they are well aware that the job position suppose to be 2 persons or more but they just hired one to it and expecting a good result with such alot of workload. OT expected to be everyday due to too much workload, but expect you to be early as possible after next.
