- stable pay - in the past it was a nice place to work at - may be good as a first experience, but start looking to build your reputation and leave for a better company as soon as you can
Cons
- the company does not value its human resources according to its market value and therefore has been losing the best minds over the last 2-3 years - you CANNOT trust the promises made by the management because they have demonstrated to be dishonest and untrustworthy: accounting frauds, HR mismanagement which caused strikes and tensions, the CEO is being paid 200k € bonus (as of 2017) while the employees are having their salaries and benefit cut gradually every year since 2014 - the managers are not really in touch with the reality of markets, they cannot make realistic plans, they push teams to work on too many products simultaneously - their products, especially the ones made in Bologna, have a very bad reputation and are considered expensive crap - some managers think they are super smart and lure employees by using great promises to work more and take on more responsibility with no advance in benefit or written agreements on goals and bonuses on results - the atmosphere is VERY negative, everyone has lost motivation and is going there only to get their salary, it's depressing at best - every 1-2 years there is a reorganization, I don't even remember how many I've been through while there, I can count at least 4 in 5 years - the level of bureaucracy is incredible! If you need to get a new laptop or desktop computer you have to wait for months! Getting anything important approved takes an astounding time and effort - the company is divided in silos which, contrary to what the management wants the external world to believe, don't really collaborate with one another - voices and ideas of employees are completely ignored, although they put effort in pretending they are listening
