- Good as first job in your career - There is still some person with really good technical skills
Cons
- Burocratic environment, it requires too much effort and time to do "normal" things. - HR department dominate the company, it doesn't care of the quality of services or to make the employee happy, the only goal it's to cut down the "costs". - Low wage for new employee - No Career - Low morale or motivation from most of the employee
