Pros

Initial compensation and benefits are good for entry level engineers. Good culture and camaraderie amongst the staff. Fast paced environment offers a lot of opportunities for the younger crowd. It is hard to write this review as I was initially very happy at CIO Solutions. But over time (7 years) became more and more disenchanted with the opportunities afforded me, the compensation I earned, the professional development opportunities, and the lack of respect from management. IIt is hard to

Long time engineers will quickly hit the ceiling with regard to compensation and professional development. Management can be aloof and out of touch with the staff at times.

CIO Response

Ensuring that we are paying market and combining that with a great culture blended with camaraderie is important to us. We now have a Director of HR and are going through a process to look at compensation and ensure we are in market. As part of this we are looking closely to ensure that professional development with management and mentors happen more frequently than it had in the past.
