      Pros

      You live in paradise. You get to do for free almost any touristic activities in the area. Very cheap housing.

      Cons

      You usually share your room with a few people, most locations are very isolated from civilization ( no movies, Macdonalds etc.)

      Great culture and amazing mentorship opportunities. Probably my favorite internship and would love to work here full time in the future.

      None to speak of. All of my work was very interesting and I learned a lot here.

      They are very employee oriented - constantly updating benefits and employee wellness programs.

      Cons

      It is hard to get hired as not many jobs open.
