Pros
There are very few! I think training was the best part. At least you were treated with dignity while on it.
Cons
The lack of standards and professionalism is astounding at this job!!! This company does the traditional bait and switch. On paper and in training, they promise you all kinds of benefits, and when you get to the floor you realize all the hoops you have to jump through to receive it. You are micromanaged ,unprofessionally in front of others, from the moment you hit the floor, and on top of that you have to put up with the charged sales floor of people who are fighting over scraps. They contact you telling you they believe in family, but then you realize it’s their version of a conservative family. They’re sexist and believe women can do certain things and men not and and vise versa. When you seek fairness they tell you those are the rules. My sales floor had two brown Latin people on it, and no African Americans. My store was charged with a male chauvinist and unwelcoming environment for any other class. If you’re of a protected class don’t expect this company to accommodate you instead you will be bullied until you’re so uncomfortable you quit! That is how they work! Worst job I’ve ever had!!!
