      Heavily reliant on investors and funding, which made the scope of work tough. Not to mention, connected fitness is a beast of a product to excel at.

      Pros

      The branded apparel is great and employees get free gear and discounted access to additional goods.

      Cons

      Rigid brand guidelines imposed by a group that cannot clearly articulate their brand. Confusion abounded when it became unclear which pieces of corporate policy were meant to be followed and which were meant to be ignored.
