      Most Co workers were great. Worked well together and worked as a team

      Cons

      Lack of supervision, some staff members not showing up to work even after they ran out of their days. Managers having favorites and letting those staff members get away with not working or not address the negative issues they had

      Pros

      Hands-on experience with EMR systems and patient documentation. Strong patient-facing experience with diverse cases and populations. Exposure to working with multiple providers and medical specialties. Fast-paced environment that builds adaptability and multitasking skills.

      Cons

      Pay may feel lower compared to the intensity and volume of work- but unfortunately is typical for premed/prehealth professionals.
