Pros
• If you lived and breathed work 24/7 you can make some ok money • If you like travelling ideal job • Get a van if your project allows it. • Reasonable personal use on van • Daily food allowance average when working away • Litterly not much else to put
Cons
• Poor management • Lack of communication throughout the company • Warehouse doesn't even know what stock to pick for you or even know when your arriving to load • Very high turn over in staff • Everyone is there for themselves and stabbing you in the back • They give you a fuel card and always over charge you on the fuel allowance for the job regardless of the reasons. I'm owed hundreds off them from doing extra jobs and not being paid correctly for them. • Every month you get payed your pay is incorrect and you have to work your own doings out to confront them for them to attempt to correct them • Hotel allowance far to low for city centres • Continuesly loss of contracts and change of jobs left right and centre • Never now what you are doing until the last minute. • Basic hours worked the pay wasn't worth it Basically you tell them how much of a s*** show the company is from an installer point of view to multiple people higher up in the food chain to a few of them leaving and agreeing with everything you say then the bottom of the pile of managers clearly getting a kick out of doing the guys over on a regular basis and stabbing you in the back soon as you've left the room
