Option to work remote, good company culture, nice work environment in the office

Cons

They made a huge change to the internal operations structure that caused a ton of stress and anxiety because they won’t tell anyone anything, AND froze salary increases for all of internal ops, in a time when everyone’s worried about inflation. Feels like they want people to quit. They tout transparency but don’t actually do it. They don’t consult the right people when making big structural changes. Don’t manage these changes well at any point of the process.
