Pros

I am an engineer with Clarcor and really enjoy what I do for them. I have been with them for 2 years now. My position is unique in that it offers me a lot of flexibility to be able to work from home when needed and I also travel a decent amount for my position. 30-40% of the year I am traveling. I can say for the first time in a long time, I am working somewhere and doing something that I really enjoy and have no desire to look for another job.

Cons

Their benefits are lacking in my opinion. That might be due to the size of the Company overall, or Obama Care at play, but the benefits are the main reason I can't give them 5 stars.

Pros

For the most part people are great. I'd say most of the managers know what they are doing, which is a miracle for a company these days. They will allow you to flex time or let you work from home occasionally Casual dress code

Cons

-No advancement for women. -Technologically they are 20 years behind. The ERP system is terrible and you will have to do a lot of work manual. very little automation. -Employees are very underutilized. They have smart people with advanced degrees doing clerical work that someone right out of college could do. -Total lack of project management knowledge, very poor execution. -Lack of communication, although that is getting slightly better -They say they are Lean, but they do not know what Lean is. -There are maybe two engineers in the whole company who know how to design, and will help you. The rest could care less. -Lots and lots of fingerpointing and refusing to take responsibility -People who should have been fired years ago are still there, while they laid off decent people. -Lots of unpaid overtime.
