Pros
As a part of clearAvenue management for the last few years, I believe that clearAvenue provides a lot of flexibility, career advancement, and good compensation/ benefits packages. Because it is a small company, there are multiple options to gain visibility with the owners, management across multiple projects and sectors, lead projects, and brief executive management in the Federal sector. You will be given leadership opportunities and challenges and can rise through the ranks at your own speed.
Cons
Because it is a small company, every team member is expected to excel with minimal oversight and no micromanagement—poor efforts cannot be hidden by a large team. In other unfortunate situations, if a client requests that a team member is removed or does not feel that the individual is providing value, clearAvenue will be unable to counter the client and it is too small of a company to maintain a bench or reposition the team member in a non-client facing position. I do not believe that the two negative posters below were actual clearAvenue employees because in one of the two situations, the poster was highly regarded by multiple colleagues and a best effort would have been made to move them to a different project.
