Pros
CLIMB Works was a very relaxed environment. They were happy to accommodate my need for a day off or my desire to change my schedule. I loved being outdoors all day, and nothing beats the feeling of the wind blowing as you zip line down the many lines.
Cons
While the job is fun, it can get exhausting very quickly! It is also a somewhat stressful position and is not a fail-safe environment. The most difficult part was not being able to grow. The first month or so was good while I was learning everything, but it became repetitive, and I wanted opportunities to expand my knowledge.
