Pros
Did not need a GED or college degree to work here. I had a criminal record and they still hired me. Interview was super easy, 5-10 minute conversation, nothing too difficult.
Cons
Only $12 an hour pay. Yearly it is around 30,000. Not enough to make a good living. Easy to pass and get certified but it gets exhausting very easy standing on your feet all day. Most people only come for the Summer season so it is kind of lonely in the Winter, not good money. You have to split tips. No other people of color.
