The CEO is very self-entitled pays everyone the absolute minimum he can. Meanwhile he takes regular holidays for 2-4 weeks at a time leaving the company in dismay. Often changes his processes and blames everyone for all issues that occur. Never takes responsibility for his actions and speaks to everyone like he owns them. He often ties you in with promises he never meets. No benefits at all. No raises. Changes your pay from awards to agreed rates to not raise your pay every financial year. Very sneaky man.
