Pros

Limitless opportunity to build new things. Seriously, this could be a pro if you're a workaholic and care about this above all else.

Cons

This place could be the next Theranos. Lots of smoke and mirrors (flashy product, celebrity investors, impressive resumes of C-level / board members) that hide a toxic workplace and shaky product (just read through reviews online). Less than market pay, constant shuffling of priorities, insane workload, fast hiring and firing of all employees across the company (ask about the body count of engineers during your interview. Average tenure is way less than 6 months).

Pros

Fun, exciting, cutting edge technology, fitness, buzz in the air, creating something new and different, creating a lifestyle brand that changes and helps people in their goals to lose weight or get in shape. The team communicates great and everyone is super nice and willing to help!

Cons

Denver is cold, not looking forward to the snow :( No negatives on the culture so far, great place to work and create.

Pros

I have loved my time at CLMBR! First things first, the product is amazing. As a CLMBR user myself, I see the benefits that it has and love that I work for a company that puts out a product that can truly change people's lives. Management has been amazing at giving me opportunities to shine - it's a breath of fresh air to not work for micro-managers. It is a startup, so there is a lot of change that happens quickly, so you have to be open to adapting at a moment's notice. I believe in this company and that is why I stay, plus my coworkers are amazing - I truly love coming into work - there are no egos, no drama, just a bunch of hard-working individuals who believe that our product is top-notch. We also get a discount at Studio CLMBR and love using my lunch breaks to get a good sweat in.

Cons

It's a fast-paced environment, so this is just not for everyone. Being a startup means things change quickly.
