      - Staff discount - Youthful colleagues - That’s it.

      Cons

      - Bad team management - Extreme OT - Have to work on weekend too even if it’s not stated in your contract - Very bad leadership from the very top to seniors

      Pros

      super fun co-workers! everyone usually get lunch together! and great working environment, good hours, and a very easy going company.

      Cons

      Depends on your role in the company, but that I know of no back-stabbing, etc. But many co-workers tell me to not work the company. And its fairly small so not a lot of chance to move up. upper management can be unpredictable and inconsistent at times.
