Good culture but poor communication to the board - Anonymous employee CLS Holdings Employee Review

Really appreciate your feedback on your time at CLS. We definitely treasure our open and close-knit culture so it is good to hear that you feel the culture at the company is good. Our CSR and Social Committee puts a great deal of effort into reinforcing that with socials and volunteering opportunities so it's great to hear this has a positive impact. I'm sorry to hear that you felt that some aspects of working at CLS weren't so positive. I want to reassure you that we regularly benchmark salaries with industry-specific data. We take on board your feedback about communication and opportunities to communicate upward and I’d hope that employees were aware that their opinions are always fed back to whoever is most appropriate. There is regular communication between people managers and the Senior Leadership Team in order to pass these on. Our CEO is often available at the office with an open door (as well as at all-staff events) and keen to answer questions or hear what people have to say.
