We take on board your feedback about communication and opportunities to communicate upward and I’d hope that employees were aware that their opinions are always fed back to whoever is most appropriate. There is regular communication between people managers and the Senior Leadership Team in order to pass these on. Our CEO is often available at the office with an open door (as well as at all-staff events) and keen to answer questions or hear what people have to say.
