Great place to work - Dealer CLSA Premium Employee Review

CLSA Premium is an excellent place

Working in CLSA Premium is quite tired.

Company invested by Citic Security Great location, good view, nice coworkers except the management

1. Did not receive any formal training because “everyone can learn everything from the internet” 2. No guidelines or protocols 3. Worked as free labor, also for school career programs, though you get credit, you don’t learn anything from training and all of the tasks are for their interest 4. Tasks often have no clear instruction 5. Common work method: hard questioning, blaming, time urgent (for interns work with no specifications?) 6. For many previous interns: after you have “no value”, ignorance during the end of internship and after 7. More in need of sales as for career after intern Based on personal experience during my work only, not commenting for paying back, but to warn others. I wish I could see someone’s review like this before I work there, so that I don’t waste my time and all I got was self doubt.
