Pros

Great pay, tons of travel, great office, good job if you have background experience, good stepping stone

Cons

Thrown in the front lines and told to figure it out yourself with little to no guidance, many junior engineers being thrown into projects and let go if fail (or given a lower position). A mass exodus occurred of the knowledgeable engineers so those who remained are bitter and withholding of vital information, will not offer help (possibly as job security?) or cannot properly teach what they know Lots of family members of management work here Many in the company consider the experience a stepping stone with no long term plans to stay, huge turnover rates, and constantly trash talk the company to other employees while on the clock Required to track every minute of your time and have it scrutinized (using cameras as evidence) even if you are salary (will be let go if you refuse) Zero work life balance, be prepared to work weekends and give your whole life to this company (employees will even work on their vacation)

Pros

The employees at the non-executive level genuinely try to support one another. There are some talented people here despite the environment.

Cons

Executive leadership is extremely poor and disconnected from day-to-day operations. Turnover is alarmingly high, and it’s clear why—there is little accountability at the top. The CFO’s management style is hostile and intimidating, often leaving staff in tears, yet ownership consistently fails to intervene or address the behavior. This has created a culture of fear rather than trust. HR is ineffective and appears overwhelmed and underqualified for the scope of issues they’re expected to manage. Instead of providing guidance or support, HR operates in constant crisis mode, which only adds to employee stress and confusion. If you date advocate for yourself, you are promised termination. Very retaliatory. There is no clear direction, inconsistent decision-making, and a lack of transparency. Concerns raised by employees are ignored or dismissed, making it feel pointless to speak up.
