None so far it's been an awesome job so

They give lots of praise when you do a good job, they try to make it fun and competitive with various competitions. You learn a lot, you don't need much experience, they train. Room for growth, they promote from within.

Some challenges are collecting from customers when they don't want to pay back their loans, calls can be excessive but are important. Another challenge is that sometimes it's difficult to complete all task for the day when it's really busy, but I'm sure most companies are this way.
