Sick leaves are somehow asked to be informed "one day prior". Not sure about others, but definitely uncomfortable for me. Even if good work is delivered, the focus jumps into the timing and leave patterns or even raising requests. So it all depends on your manager. It's both a good thing and a bad thing; for me?
