All Co-workers in GBS lebanon, from all deparments get paid the same salary. Which is typically unfair, as for some deparments have heavier loads of work. Salaries should be classified as of type of work , load, and years of experiance. Upper managment doesnt even look at its employees , as if we are bots. Verry bad salleries are given with in the circumstances of the country and the profits of the company. Salaries range are 600--850$ depending on what level we are classified between junior, senior, intermidiate. Knowing that gas price /tank is aprox 18$ Knowing that the country doesnt get only 2 hours of electricity, so we have to pay for electricity generators about 400$ / month for electricity for only 12 hours. Not to forget , food , water , clothing. We are human! We have the right to live and balance our lives. Salaries given in such company for graduate students is too low. Regular workers with no education gets paid between 800-1200$ / month.
