Pros

- Fantastic culture with great people and a friendly, supportive, collaborative environment. - Top notch CRM and associated search tools. - While initially poor, commission structure was drastically improved during my time with the company. - Great range of benefits, which again were augmented during my tenure. - Flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week and adjust start/finish times outside of core hours.

Cons

- Increasing reliance on front end activity versus outputs. - Lack of diversity, particularly on the board of directors. - Complacency and laziness displayed by certain individuals and tolerated due to their long tenure. - Inability to think outside of the box and try new methods/approaches.

Pros

CMA are exceptionally good at what they do and offer a fantastic environment to learn from the best. The average tenure is over 12 years, which speaks volumes about the company’s culture and leadership. It’s a close-knit team with desks split fairly, ensuring balanced opportunities for everyone. The company culture is supportive and friendly, with strong relationships among colleagues. There are regular team socials and nights out, creating a great sense of community. CMA also recognise and reward hard work through quarterly awards and a strong commission scheme. If you put the effort in, you’ll definitely see the rewards.

Cons

Nothing I’ve experienced so far would stop me from giving CMA a full five-star review.
