Great start in the clinical trial industry, get experience in clinic and in administration (study team) great alternative to further education for health science degrees. Great place for a long term position if senior in industry.
Cons
Minimum wage for industry. Low attention/effort to improve employee happiness. Overworked. Very tight schedules and high stress work environment (part of nature of clinical trials).
