Pros
Fair compensation, good working environment, open communications are just a few of the reasons CMC was a good company to work for. They always had an eye for growth and weren't afraid to invest in needed infrastructure to get that done.
Cons
Earlier in the 2000's the company leadership was lacking but their ideas and direction were good. The culture was in need of changing and the route chosen to make those changes was flawed.
