It appears the company is growing rapidly with little or no attention to the bottom line. There has been recent conversion to a new accounting system from Oracle to SAP. It has been quite a challenge to say the least. There are numerous unresolved issues as a result of this conversion. I'm not sure whether the consultants or the employees working with the consultants are the ones to blame. There were many accounting functions that were not considered as part of the conversion. I think in many cases management may have decided things about SAP based upon the advice of consultant or ill-informed employees and they may not have understood the implications of those decisions. In the end management may end up with a considerable cost overrun in spending as a result of this accounting software.
