9yWe appreciate your feedback, and are sorry to hear you had a negative experience. While we wish you had a different, more positive experience, we are happy to report that this is not a common theme we hear, or the company culture we’ve come to know. In our most recent engagement pulse survey, the vast majority of employees expressed confidence in our senior leadership. While this is a strong showing, we are always looking at ways to do even better.
