Pros
Great location, fantastic facilities and good people generally. Employee network opportunities are abundant. Lots of learning opportunities about the business, trading, technology etc. Decent benefits.
Cons
Too much bureaucracy, difficult upper management that are very outdated in their view of work. HR makes everything difficult and while they talk a lot about D&I and they use the correct terms they are just about ticking the boxes
