Competent coworkers. Decent pay, Hybrid work schedule but please note each department is required a different amount of days in office.
Cons
The CEO makes jokes that are incredibly offensive and flaunts his biases even on all-hands calls. Open office layout on most floors in chicago. High pressure work environment. Very little room to grow in my department.
