My team is amazing. Talented, wonderful people who are smart and that I genuinely enjoy spending time with. They inspire me and keep me going when times are rocky.
Cons
If you're related or a close friend of the owner, you'll be fine. Otherwise - good luck! Nepotism rules here. They love to say there is a strong company culture and yet nothing is ever done for the employees. There is no flexibility, no strong management or leadership skills, flip-flopping from one "priority" to the next, and nothing but egos. They claim everyone is treated like family and yet the holiday season is completely ignored, there are no team bonding activities, and you do the job of at least 3 people for the pay of maybe one. They hire people for their talent and turn them into robots who are just supposed to do what they are told.
