Pros

-Great co-workers -Flexible working options (4 days in office required per month) -Heavy emphasis on team building and volunteer work -Good place to learn the basics of pharmaceutical media if you're early in your career -Work-life balance

Cons

-Salary is not competitive (despite what is advertised); unless you are an Associate Director or higher do not expect to make more than $75-80K per year -Favoritism is very clear and you have no shot at being promoted unless you are close with senior leadership -The agency recently introduced a new project management software which is primarily being used to track employee workloads aka micromanage teams. -Annual reviews and merit-based increases are an absolute joke.

Pros

Assuming this is for the company in general and not the job title/definition specifically, CMI Media Group offers high flexibility in allowing individuals direct lines of communication to any level as well as input in their development and role. Upper management is fairly transparent and compensate is extremely fair.

Cons

Today's culture pressures the company and WPP, for that matter, to overcompensate on programs, policies and events to avoid litigation. It should be clear, however, that this is certainly a preventative or avoidance strategy, not a response to historic issues.

Pros

Great work/life balance compared to other agencies. Very secure job. Bonuses and promotions are given it out often. Great people to work with. Really great benefits.

Cons

Lower pay compared to agency competitor. Systems and processes are a little dated. Want to compete with bigger agencies but fail to take the steps needed to do so. Lots of shuffling around teams and brands.
