      Exposure to more industries which can be gained more experience. I have been working here for 4 years, I joined as a Administration executive but resigned as Deputy procurement manager in the company. They offer more opportunities to gain personal growth within the company.

      Cons

      Management should focus more on "Experienced Employees Motivation and Satisfactions factors. Overhead cost is high
