Pros
The greater focus (especially in London) is on the international platform, expansion and quality. Incredible opportunities and access to quality work, clients and people. Love them in London.
Cons
Some aspects of regional offices seem to operate under a different (more rigid and hierarchical) culture. Difficult to build a practice at any level unless you "inherit" work from others, with much emphasis on panel appointments and juniors kept in their place.
