The internal management system is very poor, and I don't know where to start. There are individuals in leadership positions who cannot self-critique and perhaps even need professional help. Everyone acts in their own self-interest, and no one understands teamwork. There is a rigid and military-level hierarchy. In particular, people in human resources and talent management are not competent, conducting interviews and making wrong decisions without the necessary behavioral competencies. The team is passive and weak. As a result, it is truly impossible to work in such an environment, there is also serious mobbing within the organization. I strongly advise against approaching it.
